Order Processing & Shipping

We process and ship orders within 24 to 48 working hours after confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders within India are typically delivered within 5-8 working days, depending on the shipping address and external factors such as public holidays or extreme weather conditions.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks based on product availability.

For remote locations like Jammu & Kashmir and the North East, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send the tracking details to your registered email address. If you haven’t received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@trrenzy.com.

Courier Partners

We ship orders using reliable courier services, including Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, based on the delivery pincode.

Missing or Undelivered Orders

If the tracking details indicate that your order has been delivered, but you haven't received it:

Please check with family members, neighbours, flatmates, or office mail rooms, as they may have received the package on your behalf.

In genuine cases, after proper investigation (which may take 10 working days), we will process a full refund if necessary.

If you receive a delivery notification but haven’t received the package, inform us within 48 hours of the notification. We will immediately escalate the issue with our courier partner to resolve it. Beyond this timeline, we may not be able to take action and will not be held responsible for any losses.
